Our delicious runny Trinity College Apiary Honey, produced by local bees in Cambridge, is back! This limited edition looks a completely clear light yellow – almost with a hint of light green – due to the high lime content. Apart from the lovely flavour, the high fructose level also means that the honey stays runny for longer – it takes very long to crystallise. First come, first served! 

The beehives are based in Burrell's Field on College grounds.

All orders have to be picked up in person by appointment, which is likely to be on a Mon/Tue/Wed, 9am–2pm. We will email you with suggested pick-up dates.
