Deliveries & Returns

Deliveries Free of Charge within the United Kingdom

Currently, we deliver Trinity Gift Shop items free of charge to addresses within the United Kingdom. Jewellery is sent by special delivery (insured for loss or damage), whereas other products are sent by regular delivery.  

Deliveries to Other Countries

If you are interested in shipment to another country, please enquire at trinitygiftshop@trin.cam.ac.uk and we will work out the delivery charge (Royal Mail or courier) on a case-by-case basis.   

Delivery Time

Depending on the products, stock levels and your location, we will normally send your items within one (1) to two (2) weeks from date of order. Jewellery, however, will take longer: between four (4) and six (6) weeks. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or by courier.

If your items are intended as gifts for graduation, birthday or the festive season, and we are either out of stock or otherwise unable to deliver on time, please let us know by email to trinitygiftshop@trin.cam.ac.uk, and we may be able to provide a gift envelope with a product photograph which can be delivered to you while waiting for the products.

Collection from College

If you are a Fellow, student or a member of College staff, you may collect your items from College. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection.

If you are an alumnus/alumna or a member of the public, it is not possible to collect your items from College for logistical reasons.

Returns Policy

Our jewellery must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in the original packaging within 30 days. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

For all of our other products, we will issue a full refund if the item is returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us in their original condition. We recommend that you use a postal or courier service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning and you should keep proof of postage. We will refund the full price you paid for the products, using the same method you used to pay for them.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
