Deliveries & Returns

Deliveries within the United Kingdom 

• Free-of-charge collection at Trinity College 
• Orders of £25 or more: Free delivery to any UK address
• Orders below £25:  Fee of £4.50 applies to any UK address

Deliveries to Europe; the US & Canada; Australia & New Zealand

We are now able to welcome orders from some regions overseas: Europe: £15 per parcel; US & Canada: £30 per parcel; and Australia & New Zealand: £30 per parcel. For all three regions, there is a weight restriction of 2 kgs (approx. 4 lbs). If we suspect that your order will weigh more than the maximum, we will contact you. 

Deliveries to Other Countries

If you are interested in shipment to another region or country other than the above, please enquire at trinitygiftshop@trin.cam.ac.uk and we will work out the delivery charge (Royal Mail or courier) on a case-by-case basis.   

Delivery Time

Depending on the products, stock levels and your location, we will normally send your items from College within one (1) to two (2) weeks from date of order. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or by courier. 

Returns Policy

We will issue a full refund if the item is returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us in their original condition. We recommend that you use a postal or courier service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning and you should keep proof of postage. We will refund the full price you paid for the products, using the same method you used to pay for them.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
