In 1976 our first female graduate students arrived at Trinity. Women made up nearly a third of all research students admitted that year.

Our 1976 is a lovely white tea scented with tropical mango. It is amazingly fresh and very popular.

White tea has a very high concentration of antioxidants due to its minimal processing. It is simply dried after harvesting, which also results in a milder flavour with less caffeine than green tea.

Ingredients: white tea, mango pieces, calendula petals, natural flavour.

Serving suggestion: one heaped teaspoon per cup. Brew at 80 °C, steep for 2–4 minutes, serve without milk.
