Sir Isaac Newton – mathematician, physicist and astronomer. Newton's observation of a falling apple is one of the best-known scientific stories in the world. Sir Isaac matriculated in 1661 and was elected a Fellow of Trinity College in 1667.
This is a wonderfully light black tea with hints of a apple and cinnamon spice. Delicious with a splash of milk or dairy alternative of your choice or in its own.
Ingredients: premium black tea blend, dried apple, cinnamon pieces, blackberry leaves, safflower petals, natural flavours.
Serving suggestion: one heaped teaspoon per cup. Brew at 100 °C, steep for 2–4 minutes, add milk and sugar to taste.
