The Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan is often regarded as one of the greatest mathematicians of all time. He was elected a Fellow of Trinity College in 1918.

This is our choice for a warming breakfast tea. A medium-bodied tasty Assam whole-leaf black tea sprinkled with sunflower petals and cornflowers.

Ingredients: Assam black tea, cornflower petals, sunflower petals.

Serving suggestion: one heaped teaspoon per cup. Brew at 90 °C, steep for 4–6 minutes, add milk and sugar to taste.
